Are you a CSAIL entrepreneur? Are you curious about the resources that CSAIL Alliances, as well as the rest of the MIT Ecosystem can offer you? Sign up for Office Hours using the form to ask Christiana Kalfas, Sr. Client Relations Coordinator @ CSAIL Alliances, (Info on Startup Programs offered are here) as well as another representative from the MIT Ecosystem questions about recourses you need for your venture. Examples of questions can include: Where can I get funding? Can I get connections to industry partners? How can I get pitch help? What kind of programming do your program(s) offer a venture?

This month, Christiana will be joined by Paul Bosco of the Venture Mentoring Service. VMS is a free and confidential mentoring service for entrepreneurs in the MIT community. They connect entrepreneurs with teams of carefully selected mentors and other services to help turn their ideas into for-profit, for-benefit, or non-profit ventures.

Paul supports visionary founders and startup teams with MIT’s Venture Mentoring Service (VMS) and National Science Foundation (NSF) programs leading to $2M startup grants. He founded and built a $1B/yr business, led and sponsored $1.3B in CVC startup investments and acquisitions, and currently serves in board and investment advisory roles. As an MIT doctoral student Paul co-authored a winning NSF/ARPA proposal with corporate co-sponsors that helped launched his career.
